Eyup - My current activities and commitments:

Next Saturday 8 June, I'm singing some of my songs at the new Calverley Folk Day, New Inn, Calverley, LS28 There is music there all day, my own spot some time between 5.30 and 9.  Will know later this week if you need to know exact time.

All welcome with me as “Strolling Minstrel” on the annual musical walk at Otley Walking Festival, Monday 24 June  - meet 7.30pm Otley Market Place and make music (or just drink and listen) at four of Otley’s fine hostelries.

On 30 June I am helping organise an event for the newly-formed Friends of Bradford’s Becks (see bradford-beck.org ) called a Becknic (picnic with music) 2 to 3pm under the crag on Valley Road, Shipley.  Come and support us and bring your picnic.  Special guests “Bradford Voices”.

Have done the incidental music for ACT's production of Shakespeare's "Midsummer Night's Dream" which is on at Bradford Cathedral (outdoors or in) 18 to 20 July, details on bradfordcathedral.org

And I resume watery-musical duties on board a canal-boat as part of Multi-Story Water on July 19 to 21st.  Full details will be on multi-story-shipley.co.uk   Book early if you want to ride on the canal, it’s a tight ship!

Hard Times” in which I tread the boards, has been well received at six venues, and there are three more performances to come:

There’s a new musical event at Dudley Hill, Bradford called The Shuttle Shuffle Music Festival at Factory Street Studios, full programme at http://www.theshuttleshufflefestival.co.uk/ I am on the Topic stage with my songs for an hour at 7pm on Sunday 18 August.

I team up with Jolly Mixtures, four young comedians, to present Festival Frolics at Saltaire Festival on Friday 13 September.  This is a fine barbecue with entertainment at the Half Moon Café.  Tickets are limited to just over 50, so get your order to me as soon as you can.We will take a version of the show to Ilkley Literature Festival Fringe Saturday 19 October at Ilkley Theatre at 9pm.
