The Saltaire Winter Bandstand

After a successful season (despite variable weather conditions) of Saltaire Summer Bandstand in Roberts Park, the music doesn’t stop. To keep the tradition going over the winter (and performers and audience warm), Caroline Street Club in Saltaire is hosting a series of indoor concerts, featuring the bandstand mix of bands large and small, singing, jazz and folk.

Doors are open from 2 to 4 every second Sunday of the month and the series kicks off with talented young jazz musicians from Leeds College of Music. Admission is free, there is a bar, tea and coffee. And a collection.

The open-air bandstand series in Roberts Park will re-open at the end of May 2012.

This is the programme. The performances are from 2pm until 4pm.
