We have an event not to be missed - the freshest vintage event around - The Rose & Brown Vintage Fair on Saturday 30 January 2010 from 9.30am - 4pm at the Bradford Midland Hotel, Forster Square, Bradford BD1 4HU.

30 stalls of the loveliest vintage fashion, homewares and collectables in the magnificent Princes' Ballroom at the Midland Hotel, which is right next to Bradford Forster Square train station.
Banish those January blues and treat yourself to a day of browsing oodles of frocks, shoes, coats, bags, jewellery, teasets, trinkets, mirrors and much much more from the 1920s to the 1980s. THE place to find individual style for you and your home...
And it's not just for gals! Chaps can find vintage radios, lighting, collectables, suits, overcoats, hats and other dapper cool stuff. Not forgetting that the Midland Hotel has a great public bar, which is just down the corridor from the Princes Ballroom, serving ales and pub meals for when the shopping gets too much for the boys!
The glorious hotel which dates from the 1880s has been lovingly restored and is the perfect setting for our relaxing vintage event. They'll be serving teas, coffees, snacks and sandwiches, and we have a cake and jam stall for sweet treats.
You can get the train virtually to the door, so leave your car behind! Regular direct trains from Leeds, Skipton, Ilkley, Saltaire and more...
In honour of this most glamorous of venues we have a PRIZE FOR THE MOST GLAMOROUS VINTAGE FAIR VISITOR. We say BRIGHTEN UP BRADFORD and dress up to the nines! Wear your most fabulous vintage outfits and you have the chance to win a bottle of champagne and vouchers to spend with Rose & Brown.

The poster stars our frequent Rose & Brown fashion show model, Heidi Smith in a 1930s duck egg blue satin evening gown bought from Rose & Brown. The setting is the fabulous Old Railway Entrance at the Midland Hotel - a hidden gem of a space complete with original Burmantoft tiles and other period details that transport you back in time! Our thanks to Heidi and to staff at the Midland.
