The show covers anything of interest to residents in the Saltaire, Bingley, Baildon, Idle, Windhill, Wrose, Nab Wood, Wilsden - anywhere that can receive the signal. 

SCR comes under the umbrella of BCB (Bradford Community Broadcasting) but is has its own editorial and automony.

NEWS TO SHARE ON THE RADIO?

The radio programme, SHIPLEY CORNER welcomes input from people with news on local issues, organizations and events.

We like our guests to come along to our;SCR studio if possible at Fox Corner in the Caltech Building for the broadcast either individually or as a group- so people don't have to feel nervous.
We could also manage to attend with a recorder to cover local events sometimes.
Among events we have have covered recently are the Saltaire Festival, the musicals in Victoria Park, the Reed Museum at Victoria Hall, the Day of Dance, Exhibitions in Salts Mill etc.
