Come & Sing Messiah

Bradford Festival Choral Society are hosting another popular Come and Sing event on Saturday 1st March 2008. The event, which is being held at the United Reformed Church in the heart of the famous Saltaire village, is open to singers of all ages and experience.
There will be an all day rehearsal and vocal workshop and evening performance for just £10 per person (£5 for under 26) and this includes music.
The Come and Sing will be led by BFCS' new young Musical Director, Tom Leech, a highly experienced Choral Director and the Assistant Director of Music at Ripon Cathderal. Tom will lead our Come and Sing Choir through an afternoon of vocal workshops looking at the music of Handel including Messiah Part II and the much loved Coronation Anthems. The day will be completed with a performance at 6.30pm in the United Reformed Church with our Come and Sing Choir, and soloists.
Come and Sing Handel 2008 will be an opportunity to develop musically, meet new people, be part of a high quality concert and find out more about Bradford Festival Choral Society. Everybody is welcome to Come and Sing with BFCS.
