Shipley Area ECO ACTION DAY - FREE WORKSHOPS
Saturday 3rd November 2007 10am – 3pm
Your chance to get practical advice from experts on environmental issues from Bradford Council, local environmental groups and businesses. Help to reduce your "carbon footprint", and save money! Have your say on local environmental issues, and what you think should be done in the Shipley Area*.
Why not just drop in during the day - it's a fun and informative event, with lots to do for residents of all ages:
Over 20 stalls in our market place offering practical adviceand information, including Car Clubs, Waste Exchange, and Environmental Enterprise
- Make your climate change pledge!
- Free workshops and discussion sessions - a chance to "meet the experts"
- Recycling craft activities, games and activities for children
- A chance to meet with local councillors and senior council officials to "have your say"
