George Allan Oswald Nettleton

Website visitor, Martin Allen, contacted us to see if anyone out there can contribute to the story of one of his relatives, George Allan Oswald Nettleton, who was caretaker of the Saltaire Institute in 1901, documented in the 1901 census. Martin's several times great aunt was Mary Nettleton (nee Allen) married to George a stonemason. They appeared in Shipley in 1881. There were two children - the George Allen Oswald, mentioned above, who married Sabrah Abbott in the 1880s. They had a daughter Freida. There was also a Ralph Edgar Nettleton, but he vanishes from records after 1881. Martin would be grateful for any information there may be available. If anyone can point Martin in the right direction or can contribute to the story of Martin's family tree, please contact him though this website. Many thanks.
