Local Transport Plan 2011-2026, First Three Year Implementation Consultation
The West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan for 2011 to 2026, entitled ‘MyJourney’, sets out a strategy for maintaining and improving local bus, road, rail, walking and cycling networks for the next 15 years up to 2026.
The first three years in this overarching strategy will be covered by the first ‘Implementation Plan’, to be adopted in April 2011. We need your views on this plan of action by Friday 11th February 2011.
There are a number of ways you can have your say. A copy of the draft Implementation Plan is available from http://www.wyltp.com/getinvolved/ipconsultation.htm. There is also a feedback form which can be completed online. Alternatively printed copies of the consultation document and feedback form will be available from local libraries, leisure centres and other council outlets, or on request from the Local Transport Plan team by calling 0113 348 1726 or emailing ltp@wypte.gov.uk.
There will also be a number of public consultation events where council and Metro officers will be on hand to answer any queries; dates and locations provided below:
• Monday 7 February at Shipley Library, 1 Well Croft, Shipley 1pm - 7pm
• Thursday 10 February at the Alhambra Theatre, Morley St, Bradford 1pm - 7pm
